Cancellation & Refund Policy for Event Bookings

 

If your plans change and you can no longer attend the event:

We understand that sometimes plans change and you may no longer be in a position to attend an event for which you have registered. If you’d like to cancel your registration, you must do so at least seven days prior to the start date of the event to obtain a full refund of the cost of your registration. All cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to info@wineforays.com.

 

If less than seven days remain prior to the start date of the event:

We will not be able to offer any refunds if less than seven days remain before the start date of the event. You can, however, designate someone else to attend the event on your behalf. You must write to us on info@wineforays.com to let us know the name of the person you’re designating to attend the event instead of you.

 

If the event is cancelled for any reason:

If the event is cancelled for any reason, we will fully refund you the cost of your booking within seven days of the cancellation of the event. In this case, you do not need to take nay action: we will process the refund automatically.

No-show’s:

Sorry, we’re unable to offer refunds for now-show’s.
